This policy covers contractorbrand.com, operated by ContractorBrand LLC. It is written to be read rather than to be impressive.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you fill in the form on this site, we collect your company name, your name, your phone number, the cities you selected, and, if you choose to answer it, a rough range for what you currently spend on marketing. That is the entire form.
Information collected automatically. No analytics or advertising cookies are currently set by this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
We do not collect payment details on this site, and we do not ask for anything sensitive.
Why we collect it
- To call you back about co-op membership, which is the only reason the form exists.
- To keep the site working and to stop spam submissions.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a mailing list. If you fill in the form, expect a phone call. That is it.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run this site and get in touch with you: our website host, the form processor that delivers the submission to thomas@contractorbrand.com, our email provider, and our phone and call tracking provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
We will also disclose information if the law requires it. If the business is ever sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as we might reasonably still be talking to you about membership, and no more than three years after the last contact. You can ask us to delete your submission sooner, and we will.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email thomas@contractorbrand.com.
- Tell us to stop contacting you and we will stop, immediately and permanently.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act. Ask and we will honor them regardless of whether they technically apply to you.
Calls
The phone number on this site is a tracked line. Calls may be recorded or transcribed so we can follow up accurately. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call and we will stop.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
