When you submit a project request, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, ZIP code, project type, project details, landing page, referring page, and campaign-attribution parameters associated with the request.
How information is used
We use this information to review your request, contact you about it, connect you with a participating independent contractor, operate the service, prevent misuse, measure which pages and campaigns produce requests, and improve the website.
Information shared with contractors
Project and contact information may be shared with one participating independent contractor at a time so that contractor can respond to your request. If that contractor cannot assist, we may contact you before sharing the request with another contractor. Participating contractors are responsible for their own privacy practices and direct communications.
Data retention and protection
We retain project requests for as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate and improve the service, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may decline to provide optional information and may ask Oregon Collective or a participating contractor to stop contacting you. A monitored contact address for access, correction, and deletion requests will be posted before active traffic campaigns begin.

This policy may change as Oregon Collective adds contractors, communications tools, analytics, or other services. The date above will be updated when material changes are made.
