Connection service
Oregon Collective provides project information and a web-based introduction service for property owners and participating independent contractors. Oregon Collective does not provide the requested construction service, prepare the contractor’s estimate, or become a party to the construction agreement.
Independent contractors
Each contractor is independently owned and is responsible for its licensing, insurance, estimates, representations, agreements, scheduling, employees, subcontractors, materials, workmanship, warranties, and compliance with applicable requirements.
No guarantee of availability
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a contractor will be available, that an estimate will be offered, or that the parties will enter into an agreement.
Property and project information
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for confirming property boundaries, ownership authority, approvals, and other project conditions with the contractor before work begins.
